September 17, 2012 – Dragon

My daughter, Kelly is very talented – she is a very good artist and can do almost anything she sets her mind to.  (Yes, I may be a little bit biased – I am a father ;)) but her work speaks for itself.  Here is a photo of one of her drawings.  One day she just decided that she needed to draw a dragon and she grabbed a piece of paper and a few minutes later, she turned the paper in a work of art.  She even drew a decent character of the word “dragon” even though that she couldn’t read the language and most like didn’t draw it using the correct stroke sequence.  (Mandarin writings have a specific stroke sequence, almost ritual like to write a word).
