Year 2 – January 11, 2013 – Sage
I think this is the only herb in my garden that survives the harsh winter season. It is always blue and thriving. Unfortunately, it is also one of the most useless herb for me. None of the recipe that I know of uses this herb so for the last several years – it was only for decorative purpose. I am sure that once I find a good recipe of it, it will eventually wither and disappear.
