Year 2 – January 7, 2013 – No Monkey Business
This monkey was photograph clinging on a wine bottle. Wine industry must be a very competitive industry because when you are looking at wine bottles, you see all kind of shapes and designs. The are generally very creative and eye catching. The newer ones have some really unusual names. I don’t know what they are trying to say to their consumers. Do they think that their consumers are very superficial that a pretty bottle or design will get the market share instead of the quality of the product? I am not saying that nice design means bad product and I am sure that this wine will taste just fine – heck maybe I don’t know what I am trying to say. Never judge a wine by its bottle? All I know that it is definitely no monkey business.
